Stéphanie Tshilumba joined Linklaters Luxembourg in September 2021.
Prior to joining Linklaters, she has gained a significant amount of professional experience as an Associate in the Legal Advisory of two Big 4 companies in Luxembourg, where she has been advising financial market participants on their legal and regulatory aspects, with a focus on AML/CTF and KYC matters.
Since joining Linklaters, Stéphanie specialises mainly on regulated funds, both alternative investments funds and retails targeted funds (UCITS, SIF, UCI Part II and ELTIF), in the establishment of their structure, updates of constitution documents and offering documents (articles, prospectus/ppm, articles of associations, etc.), conversion and ongoing advice to funds and fund managers.
Stephanie also provides ongoing advice to impact funds.
