Demonstrated communication skills addressing all levels from junior staff through to Board level. Obtained various professional qualifications. Giving lectures about operational risk management, audit and control. Had industry wide activities for professional journals and organisations. Has been honoured by Bankers Association of Turkey in December 2010.
