Aurélien heads the Luxembourg Investment Funds practice, specializing in the formation of alternative investment funds (AIFs) across various sectors. He assists both local and international clients in structuring Luxembourg AIFs, advises institutional investors, and supports management companies with their legal and regulatory needs. Additionally, Aurélien also leads sustainable and digital campaigns within CMS and is therefore actively involved in ESG and fund tokenization.
