Building on LuxFLAG’s long – standing ESG labelling expertise, the ESG Label category brings together financial products and services that apply environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria across their investment process.

It may be obtained by investment funds but also by insurance products and discretionary mandates and consolidates the former

  • LuxFLAG ESG Label (launched May 2014)
  • LuxFLAG ESG Insurance Product Label (launched Nov 2021)
  • LuxFLAG ESG Discretionary Mandate Label (launched Nov 2022)

ESG Label

Main Eligibility Criteria:
– Investment strategy & process promoting ESG characteristics

Exclusion Characteristics:
– Enhanced CTB exclusion list (ESG Label Exclusion List)

Other Specificity:
– Engagement encouraged with companies in high-risk sectors
