Laurent advises clients on asset management and investment funds matters, including the formation and ongoing operation of Luxembourg investment funds across a wide range of asset classes, such as private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and impact funds.
He also has significant experience advising asset managers on Luxembourg downstream holding structures, the formation of joint ventures in the private capital sector and acquisitions of Luxembourg based companies involved in the asset management sector.
Laurent is qualified in Québec, Paris and Luxembourg and holds a law degree (LLB) from the University of Montreal. He joined the firm in 2015.
