Ana Victoria Quaas is an Investment Director within Fidelity’s Global Fixed Income team, focused on Climate Fixed Income strategies. Ana has responsibility for leading on day-to-day product matters for the Climate Fixed Income franchise, including investor and press communications, client service and portfolio manager support. She is also responsible for assisting with the integration of ESG across all of Fidelity’s Fixed Income strategies. Prior to joining the Global Fixed Income Team, Ana worked in Fidelity’s Global Sustainable Investing Team on the integration of ESG analysis across asset classes, company engagements and voting, and internal initiatives to enhance ESG strategy and processes. Earlier, she was a Director of Institutional Marketing for Continental Europe. Ana previously worked at MFS, RobecoSAM, Vontobel Asset Management and Dresdner Bank AG, where she began her career as an Equity Research Analyst. She holds a Master’s degree in History of Art from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
