Arnaud is an expert in real estate alternative investment funds (AIFs). From 2005 to 2019, he served as Chief Executive of ASPIM of ASPIM, the French association of professional real estate fund managers. He also writes for Lefebvre-Dalloz, a leading legal and tax publisher, and is a trainer in the same field.
A strong advocate of ESG as a driver of value for real estate portfolios, he led the development of France’s SRI label for real estate funds (2020) and founded REAL ESGATE, a specialist consultancy, in 2022.
Arnaud is also committed to the development of real estate and financial markets in Africa. On behalf of the World Bank, he has authored reports on the introduction of real estate funds in the WAEMU and CEMAC regions. He is a trainer for an institution in Cameroon and serves as Senior Advisor to a Moroccan OPCI management company.
