Argos granted the first Transition Label certified by LuxFLAG

LuxFLAG is pleased to announce that Argos Fund has been granted the Transition Label certified by LuxFLAG for the following funds:

• Argos Climate Action Fund
• Argos Climate Action SLP

The label is valid until 31 March 2028 and marks an important milestone as the first funds to receive the LuxFLAG Transition Label.

The awarded funds are dedicated to supporting mid-market companies in their decarbonization efforts by combining private equity expertise with structured climate action plans and measurable transformation objectives.

The Transition Label certified by LuxFLAG was developed to recognize investment products that contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable economy through credible and robust transition strategies. Going beyond traditional ESG approaches, the label focuses on real-economy transformation, emphasizing clear objectives, measurable progress, and accountability over time.

The granting of the label follows a rigorous and structured assessment process designed to evaluate the quality and credibility of transition approaches, as well as the ability of investment products to support meaningful and measurable change.
