Miriam Henke

Miriam Henke has more than 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial services sector. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Secretary General of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), where she oversees organisational governance and operational management.

Prior to joining ALFI, she held senior governance roles at Aberdeen Standard Investments S.A. and at Clearstream International S.A., part of Deutsche Börse Group, advising executive and supervisory boards across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience spans corporate governance, board support and the implementation and oversight of governance frameworks.
