Pedro Vilanculo

Pedro Vilanculo is a Doctoral Researcher in Financial Law at the Department of Law, at the University of Luxembourg, writing his thesis on Contractual and Corporate Tools of Blended Finance. He is a Jurist by training, and has close to 10 years of professional experience, mostly in the energy sector and consulting, and he is also a Non-Executive Director at Etaaka Energy Ltd (based in Pretoria). His collective experience includes but not limited to: boards, teaching law, company law, country entry risk analysis, business development, stakeholder management and sustainability impact management. Pedro has worked in Africa, in North America and in Europe. He has an LLM from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and an MSc, in International Oil and Gas Management from the University of Dundee, UK. Pedro is a Rotarian and he speaks English and Portuguese fluently.
