Jean-Luc Neyens

Jean-Luc Neyens is an experienced Independent Director with over 37 years in the financial services industry, having held senior roles across Luxembourg, London, and Hong Kong. He has served key institutions including KBL Group, Groupama Asset Management UK, Banque Degroof, and Link Group. He brings extensive board-level expertise, having sat on the boards of numerous investment funds and companies across Luxembourg, Ireland, France, Malta, and Hong Kong. Notably, he also served on the board of a microfinance investment vehicle backed by a major Italian institution. Jean-Luc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Economic and Social Policy from Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), where he authored a dissertation on “MIVs Transparency and the Role of the Luxembourg Financial Centre.” He also earned a Post-Master’s Certificate in International Relations and Conflict Analysis from CECRI-UCL.
