Sofia works in the ESG team and is involved in stewardship activities, in particular voting at general meetings and individual and collective engagement. She participates in international working groups to develop governance practices. She joined Eurizon in March 2022. She holds a Master in Sustainable Management and CSR from the Politecnico di Milano. She recently attended the Stewardship and Engagement Leadership Programme at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford.
